1. Service
Zenit Week is a free, open-source week-planning tool available at zenitweek.com and as a standalone HTML file. It is operated by Petr Burian, the Czech Republic. Contact: petr@petrburian.com
2. Use of the service
Zenit Week is provided free of charge for personal and professional use. No account or registration is required to use the core app. Google sign-in is optional and used solely to sync your data across your own devices via your Google Drive.
3. Your data
All planning data belongs to you. It is stored locally in your browser or in your own Google Drive account. We have no access to it. See the Privacy Policy for details.
4. Open-source license
The source code is available at github.com/kruxik/zenit-week and licensed under the MIT License. You are free to use, copy, modify, and distribute it under the terms of that license.
5. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Use at your own risk.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Petr Burian shall not be liable for any loss of data or other damages arising from your use of Zenit Week.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic (part of the EU). Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Czech courts.
8. Changes
Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
